By BBN Staff: Just before 9 o’clock on Saturday night police were on patrol in Red Bank, Stann Creek.
That is when they saw three men drinking outside a Chinese establishment in the village.
The men were learnt to be Guatemalan nationals: Rene Parham, 28; Oscar Parham, 32; and Juan Manchame, 42.
As a result they were all charged with public drinking and failure to abide by social distancing measures.
