By BBN Staff: The regulations issued by the Government governing the state of emergency also made mention of food production factories and others that will be allowed to operate.
The regulation noted:
(c) twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week–
(a) mills;
(b) sugar, citrus and other approved food production factories;
(c) oil production and drilling for oil exploration;
(d) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., all government offices listed in Schedule II.
