Commissioner of Police: 74 persons charged for breach of curfew regulations

By BBN Staff: The Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams informed today that 74 people countrywide were arrested and charged for various offenses under the curfew regulations.

Thirty five people were charged for breach of curfew, 15 were charged for being unable to provide reason for movement outside of curfew.

Five people were charged for failure to comply with restriction of movement outside of curfew.

Twelve people were charged for failure to comply with curfew orders.

One person was charged for keeping establishment open when required to be closed.

Two people were also charged for refusing to maintain social distancing.

Three people were charged with wandering about without a valid reason and 1 for failure to comply with quarantine conditions.
