The online forms are now available for people to fill out at covid.bz

There are 3 categories on the form:

Recently laid-off due to COVID-19

Self employed but have been affected due to COVID-19

Unemployed before COVID-19

Once the form has been completed, you will receive a text message telling you that your application is being processed and are expected to receive a response within the next 3 days.
