Vital Statistics Unit closes office

By BBN Staff: The Attorney General’s Ministry informs of the temporary closure and suspension of services offered by or at the Vital Statistics Unit, effective immediately.

Tentatively, the office will re-open to the public on April 20, 2020.

This temporary suspension of services and closure is imminent taking into consideration the current state of affairs in the wake of COVID-19.

The office apologizes for this closure but says that it is necessary to safeguard the staff and to prevent persons from having to be outside for the duration of the state of emergency.

The Vital Statistics Unit looks forward to providing services to the public upon return.
