Ministry of Education to provide training support for teachers

Posted: Wednesday, April 22, 2020. 2:00 pm CST.

By BBN Staff: Today, the Deputy CEO in the Ministry of Education, Cecilia Smith informed that the Ministry will be providing professional development support for teachers.

The first of the training is psycho-social support for teachers because though giving support to students, the Ministry is concerned about the well being of teachers.

The second online training will be to assist teachers to transition to online learning since it is not the same as face to face, the science is different.

These sessions will be available to teachers from all levels of education. The portal should be available next week.
