Secondary schools to develop and implement continuity plan

Posted: Wednesday, April 22, 2020. 1:53 pm CST.

By BBN Staff: Deputy CEO in the Ministry of Education, Cecilia Smith informed on the Ask the Experts show today that secondary schools development work is a bit more decentralized since secondary schools are developing their own continuity plan.

The programs at the secondary schools vary from school to school so each school is tasked to put their own plans in place.

Smith urged all schools to use the same frame-work with relation to access to technology and take into consideration the levels of access so all students can be reached.

The Ministry of Education’s development team is organized into groups, the groups are working with teachers to produce the materials and resources.
