By BBN Staff: While Belizeans struggle with the economic strain brought on by COVID-19 the Government of Belize announced some economic reprieve today in the form of a drop in the price of Regular fuel by almost $3.
The Ministry of Finance issued a statement saying that the pump price of Regular will fall from $10.23 to $7.26 as of April 25.
Premium, Diesel and Kerosene were unaffected by this change and remain at $10.92, $8.25, and $5.43 respectively. The prices quoted reflect the pump prices in Belize City and are subject to a variation of a few cents depending on location.
