Victim in road traffic accident was well known and loved in Yo Creek

By BBN Staff: Just before 8 o’clock last night a man died in a road traffic accident.

He has since been identified as Yo Creek resident, Antonio Oliva.

He was reportedly riding his bicycle home when a vehicle knocked him from behind.

As a result, he fell to the pavement and suffered injuries across his head and body.

Today the Yo Creek village council extended its condolences to his family.

Via social media the council also posted, “Mr. Antonio Oliva was well known as a humble & kind-hearted individual who was always there to lend a helping hand unconditionally. His great contribution to our community & the village council will always be remembered & cherished.”
