Returning as well are lawyers, accountants and some other professionals as well as call centers, especially for training.
Hotels may reopen but the restaurants are still only permitted to provide takeout and delivery services.
Beauty salons and barbershops may open to one customer at a time, by appointment.
Attorney General Michael Peyrefitte will present the full slate of regulations.
But, the Prime Minister reminded, it is not a free for all; facemasks and social distancing of six feet apart remains in effect.
And it is up to us to continue to follow the regulations, but some will carry heavier penalties.
For example, those caught going over the border to Mexico, it is straight to jail for three months in the first instance.
