Shipping container lost to fire

By BBN Staff: Just before midnight a fire was reported at the corner of South Creek and Central American Boulevard in Belize City.

When officers arrived on the scene, they observed a 20-foot container completely engulfed in fire.

Yuhuan Yang, 30, told police that the container was being used as a storage room and was valued at $5000.
