By BBN Staff: Police reports indicate that around 5:52 p.m. yesterday, cops responded to a scene on Honey Camp road in Orange Walk.
There, officers saw the body of a man leaning on the driver seat of a Toyota car. The body had several stab wounds to the chest, arm and chin.
The vehicle was parked with the engine on.
Investigations revealed that earlier, the vehicle was seen swerving on the road and later ended up parked on the road side.
The taxi driver died while undergoing treatment. He has since been identified as Mathias Alpuche.
Police investigations continue.
