Dr. Marvin Manzanero: Expired swabs have been used across the region

By BBN Staff: Today, Director of Health Services, Dr. Marvin Manzanero said that across the region, expired swabs have been used.

Manzanero says that there is an indicator that changes colors once the swabs can no longer be used.

In addition, Manzanero said that the Ministry had been using pediatric swabs a couple of weeks ago.

He said that can happen and expired date means the swabs are no longer meeting the conditions but once they don’t change color they can be used.
