Moist conditions to continue

The National Meteorological Service of Belize says that relatively moist and unstable conditions continue, gradually improving during the next 24 hours.

The 24-hour forecast calls for a few cloudy spells with a few showers or isolated thunderstorms developing over the south. Showers will be isolated elsewhere.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 93 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 74 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing variably between 5-10 knots and the sea state will be light chop.

Low tide began at 6:14 a.m. and high tide will come in at will come in at 12:19 p.m.

The sun will set at 6:16 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 10:48 p.m.
