Fair weather expected today

The latest weather report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize says that generally fair weather will prevail today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 93 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 81 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 81 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 75 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-southeast at 5-15 knots and the sea state will be light chop.

Low tide will occur at 8:10 a.m. and high tide will come in at 2:13 p.m.

The sun will set at 6:17 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 12:23 a.m.
