Contributed: Green Care Products Ltd (GCPL), the local developer of Green Clean sanitizers and disinfectants, Western Dairies and Midwest Lumber Mill from Spanish Lookout teamed up as a part of the Chamber of Commerce’s “Buy in Belize” campaign and hence donated locally produced Western Dairies Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese for the final luncheon of Nurse’s Week today at the Western Regional Hospital.

In addition to this donation, Green Care Products Ltd also donated some of its newly developed disinfectants called KLEENA bathroom, KLEENA kitchen and KLEENA floor and surface cleaners to the hospital as a part of a new initiative call ‘Green Care Safeway Initiative’ in support of the purchasing of locally manufactured cleaning products by the Tourism Industry and Belizean households.

In total the donations included 60 lbs of cheese and 24 liters of environmentally friendly sanitizers and disinfectants totaling over an estimated Bz $778.

On behalf of this team, we wish to thank these inspiring and dedicated front line workers who tirelessly and selflessly put their time and lives at risk to protect us all from this COVID-19 virus; we salute you and we wish you a hearty meal.
