By BBN Staff: The Attorney General, Micheal Peyreffitte informed today on Ask the Experts that a new statutory instrument will be signed to reflect the changes.

According to Peyrefitte, archeological sites and places like Hol Chan Marine Reserve are now being allowed to open and tour operators can now operate and take people in those areas.

However, social distancing remains mandatory and residents must wear masks if they are not in the water.

The AG also clarified that restaurants are allowed to serve food but the unique feature is that they can serve food and alcohol.

The AG says that the liquor should only be served along with food and should not be operating like a bar.
