Officer reportedly stabbed at Coast Guard gym

By BBN Staff: There are reports that an officer of the Belize Coast Guard was at the gym inside of the headquarters when a woman stabbed him yesterday.

The incident occurred around 4 p.m. and is believed to be an act of jealousy.

The officer was taken for medical treatment.

There are reports that the officers may face disciplinary action.
