By BBN Staff: The latest weather report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize says that relatively moist and unstable conditions will prevail today.
The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over inland and southern areas today, decreasing tonight.
Today’s temperature highs will range from 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 96 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 83 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 75 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
The advisory for residents to keep hydrated and avoid outdoor activities as much as possible remains in place.
Winds will be blowing East-Southeast at 10-20 knots and the sea state will be moderate.
High tide will come in at 8:46 a.m. and low tide will occur at 4:00 p.m.
The sun will set at 6:20 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 5:17 a.m.
