The latest weather report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize says that mainly fair and warm conditions will prevail today.
The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies today and partly cloudy skies tonight with isolated showers or thunderstorms.
Today’s temperature highs will range from 90 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 100 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 86 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 75 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 72 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
Residents, particularly those in inland areas, are advised to keep hydrated and avoid outdoor activities as much as possible.
Winds will be blowing East-Southeast at 5-15 knots and the sea state will be light chop-choppy.
High tide will come in at 10:24 a.m. and low tide will occur at 5:53 p.m.
The sun will set at 6:21 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 6:48 a.m.
