Chinese community hands out groceries to large crowd in San Pedro

By BBN Staff: A large group of San Pedranos turned out this morning in the downtown area of the island as the Chinese community handed out groceries to residents.

In a video shared by Facebook user, Jorge Cunil Acosta, a large crowd is seen gathered outside the Luis Sylvestre sporting complex in a line stretching way aroung the block.

In the video, those who turned out are clearly not practicing the recomended 6-foot social distancing guidelines, but a large bottleneck is seen at the main entrance. However, there have been no reports of police enforcing any of the State of Emergency regulations as the mass gathering continues to wait for their supplies.
