Police offer reward for capture of Xinwu Zhu’s killer

By BBN Staff: The Belize Police Department is offering a cash reward for information leading to the capture of the person responsible for the murder of 38-year-old Chinese businessman Xinwu Zhu.

The reward can be up to $2,000. Anyone with information on Zhu’s killer is asked to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 922 or send information via the P3 App at www.P3tips.com.

Zhu was sitting on the stairs of his shop located in the King’s Park Area of Belize City yesterday, when someone came and fired several shots at him, hitting him in the body. He later died of his injuries while receiving treatment at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.
