Police name wanted suspects in Hopkins double murder

By Aaron Humes: Police have named 29-year-old Ryan Brown Foster and 21-year-old Theodore Garcia as suspects in the May 22 double murder of an American and a Belizean at Hopkins Village, Stann Creek District.

Garcia, originally from Hopkins and otherwise known as “Chino”, is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and works as a fisherman. He is of dark complexion with curly dark hair per the photo accompanying the wanted poster.

Foster, alias “Piddy” and originally from Punta Gorda Town, Toledo District, is 5-foot-6, 160 pounds and a construction worker. He too is of dark complexion with black hair which appears to be in dreadlocks.
