The latest weather report prepared by the National Meteorological Service of Belize says that generally fair weather is expected today.
The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy tonight. Showers will be isolated.
Today’s temperature highs will range from 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 95 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 84 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 75 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.
An advisory remains in place for residents, especially those inland, to stay hydrated and avoid direct sunlight as much as possible.
Winds will be blowing East-Southeast at 10-20 knots, and the sea state will be moderate.
Low tide occurred at 6:48 a.m. and high tide will come in at 12:51 p.m.
The sun will set at 6:27 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 11:00 p.m.
