Attorney General Michael Peyrefitte explained that the Government’s previous plans were thwarted by unreliable studies and outside opposition.
That said, a date will be set soon according to the Attorney General, but all necessary precautions must be in place before then.
And he reiterated that neither he nor the Ministry of National Security alone determines who can leave or return home; the decision is a collective one involving the Ministries of Health, Foreign Affairs and Immigration.
