Mother seeks help in locating mentally challenged son

By BBN Staff: A mother from Belize City is seeking the public’s assistance in locating her mentally challenged son.

The woman, who has not yet made a formal police report, turned to social media this afternoon to say that her son Michael McKenzie, 19, went missing this afternoon. McKenzie was to have boarded a bus from Gardenia Village back to the city this afternoon but has not been seen or heard from since.

Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact her at 622-8292 or the missing person page at +501-610-6094.
