George Price Highway caves in near St. Matthews

By BBN Staff: Reports to Breaking Belize News (BBN) are that a portion of the George Price Highway near Saint Matthew’s Village has caved in.

Buses and other vehicles travelling towards Belize City are parked on the roadside unable to continue their journey.

A source informed BBN that the area where the highway caved in is also flooded.

We will have more information on this developing story when officials issue a statement later today.
