By BBN Staff: The Belize Defence Force today engaged in a search and rescue operation in the Frank’s Eddy vicinity where personnel assisted two civilians stranded across the flooded Sibun river.
“As we continue to monitor the weather updates, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic, we urge all citizens to remain safe and vigilant and seek help from the authorities when needed,” a statement said.
The BDF thanks the officers that continue to dedicate their lives to service to country.
