Fair weather to prevail; flood warning still in effect

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service informs that mainly fair weather will continue today and an increase in moisture is expected tomorrow as a weak tropical wave approaches.

The 24-hour forecast is for cloudy spells with isolated showers or thunderstorms.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 91 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 74 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

The extended forecast is for mainly fair weather with isolated showers.

A flood warning remains in effect for low lying and flood prone communities.

BECOL reported rising water levels at the Chalillo, Vaca and Mollejon dams.
