Police seeking parents of abandoned newborn found dead in San Roman

By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a newborn baby in San Roman, Stann Creek.

According to reports, yesterday police found the partially decomposed body of a newborn baby in the Village.

A person that had gone to dig soil saw a dog dragging something and when he checked he noticed that it was part of the body of a newborn baby.

A post mortem examination is being conducted today.

An investigation is ongoing.
