By BBN Staff: The Daily Observer reported that four resort staff at the Hodges Bay hotel in Antigua and Barbuda tested positive for COVID-19.
All the staff workers have since been tested.
The new cases take the total count to 69 cases.
Medical experts are advising others in the tourism industry to do the same.
The patients had been staying at the hotel and are in isolation.
The nation’s tourism minister was at the resort while the tests were being conducted.
The country opened its airport to international tourists on June 1, 2020.
