By BBN Staff: Today, Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams told the media that Oscar Mira will be charged tomorrow for the offence of failure to provide blood and urine specimen.
Williams said that Mira had refused to provide the specimen that was requested.
Mira reportedly collided into a vehicle that was parked on the roadside in Belmopan.
The police officer who was inside of the vehicle was injured and is still hospitalized.
