Belize monitors 7 active cases of COVID-19

By BBN Staff: Today, the Director of Health Services, Dr. Marvin Manzanero informed that the Ministry of Health is currently monitoring 7 active cases of COVID-19.

One case is inactive, Manzanero informed.

Belize has registered 28 confirmed cases of COVID-19 pending the results of the tests today.

All the cases are tied to people who came across the country illegally or are a part of the repatriation process.

Of the 7 active cases, 1 is a Honduran national and the other 6 are Belizeans.
