By BBN Staff: Today on Ask the Experts, Director of Health Services, Dr. Marvin Manzanero said that health officials continue to monitor the spike in COVID-19 cases in neighboring Honduras and Mexico.

Manzanero said that two hospitals in Quintana Roo are out of bed capacity due to the cases of patients with COVID-19.

He also warned against self-medicating and said that the public shouldn’t be using any medication without a doctor’s prescription to treat themselves for COVID-19 or to use medication to try and prevent them from getting the virus.
