Two dead and popular footballer, Danny Jimenez, hospitalized after shooting in Cayo

By BBN Staff: A shooting outside the Macal River Park in San Ignacio last night has claimed the lives of two men and injured at least two (2) others, including popular national football player Danny Jimenez.

Reports are that the group came under fire around 1:00 a.m. In the aftermath, Samuel Hill and Windel ‘Della’ Trapp died from gunshot injuries.

Jimenez and at least one other victims were transported to the hospital to receive medical treatment.
