In his address today, Vellos thanked the people and government of Japan for their generosity in assisting the Corozal Town Council and by extension the people of Corozal with these assets
Vellos expressed further gratitude to JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) Volunteer, Ryoya Omaya “Roy” who was assigned to Corozal Town to work on enlightening activities for environmental beautification. Roy played an instrumental role in the acquisition of the assets.
