The Ministry of Health confirmed 4 new cases on Thursday.
The Ministry noted that the cluster of 4 cases is a new cluster linked to another illegal crossing.
The 4 cases are in one single family from a community in Orange Walk; the contact tracing and further mapping of these 4 new cases and their potential contacts has started.
Orange Walk district remains with the most active cases and in most instances tied to illegal crossings.
Health officials are calling on everyone for ongoing prevention measures to be implemented at all levels.
The public is encouraged to avoid large gathering or unnecessary public outings.
