Alberto August is now acting  Secretary General of the UDP

By BBN Staff: Former UDP Chairman, Alberto August has been appointed as the acting Secretary General of the United Democratic Party (UDP).

August takes over from Pearl Stuart who tendered her resignation the day after the UDP elected Patrick Faber as their new leader.

Stuart had served the party since 2016.

The UDP is gearing up for the upcoming general elections.
