By Aaron Humes: Supreme Court Justice Antoinette Moore is hearing mitigation pleas for the convicted in the death of pastor Llewellyn Lucas in Belize City.
The hearing, to be held over two days, got underway after a delay at the main Supreme Court Building.
Those pleas continue this afternoon with a response from Director of Public Prosecutions Cheryl Lynn Vidal, after which Justice Moore will give her ruling on Wednesday.
We will continue to follow developments.
