Final judgement for Mason five will be handed Thursday morning

By Aaron Humes: Supreme Court Justice Antoinette Moore says she will deliberate only a little further before delivering sentence on William “Danny” Mason and his fellow convicts Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m.

Director of Public Prosecutions Cheryl Lynn Vidal offered pointed comments in her submission to the court as to the state of remorse of the accused and the aggravating and mitigating factors to be considered in passing sentence.

Meanwhile defense attorney Norman Rodriguez had a rebuttal or two of his own after court adjourned. We’ll have much more coming up.
