PUP standard bearers lead protest at Elections and Boundaries

Contributed: Standard-bearers of the People’s United Party (PUP) in Northern Belize led a protest today in front of the Elections and Boundaries office in Corozal.

The standard-bearers accompanied by supporters took to the streets to demonstrate against illegal transfer of voters they claim is occurring in their constituencies.

“The UDP will try everything to steal this election. Don’t let them!!! Dis ya crowd haffu GO,” the group chanted.

Their banners and posters demanded that the UDP stop illegal transfers and stop the corruption at elections and boundaries.
