Chabil Mar takes home two Tripadvisor awards

The all villa resort in Placencia, took the fourth place slot for the 25 Best Small Hotels in Central America, and 12th place in the Top 25 Hotels for Service in Central America. The recognition places Chabil Mar in the top 10 percent of the best hotels in the world. The honors bode well for Chabil Mar, which is noted for luxury accommodations laid out across 400 feet of pristine private beach property, but also serves to solidify Belize as one of the best tourist destinations regionally and worldwide.

While tourism suffered a great deal due to the COVID-19 pandemic, France stressed that Chabil Mar sprang immediately into action implementing the recommendations by the World Health Organization and local health authorities, placing the property in the best possible position for its scheduled reopening on November 1, 2020.
