Belize monitoring 53 active cases of COVID-19

By BBN Staff: Health authorities are currently monitoring 53 active cases of COVID-19.

Of the active cases, 25 are females and 28 are males.

The country has now registered 86 confirmed cases of the virus.

So far, the Ministry of Health has conducted 3,679 tests.

The breakdown for registered cases is as follows:

Corozal- 15 cases

Orange Walk-26 cases

Belize District- 34 cases

Cayo- 9 cases

Stann Creek- 1 case

Toledo- 1 case

The Ministry of Health continues to urge everyone to comply with the regulations of mask wearing and social distancing
