For the next 24 hours, skies will be cloudy at times with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Belize, Orange Walk, Cayo and Stann Creek Districts, then showers and thunderstorms will develop over the South late and spread to most areas.

Winds will blow from the east at 10 to 20 knots and the sea state will be moderate to rough.

A flood watch remains in effect for low-lying and flood prone areas particularly in Toledo.

A small craft caution is in effect for occasional gusty winds and rough seas.

Temperatures today will reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 94 degrees inland and 80 in the hills. Tonight, expect 80 degree temperatures along the coast, 74 over most inland areas and 68 in the hills.

Tides are currently low as of 7:03 AM, the next high tide is at 12:48 PM followed by a low at 7:37 PM. The Sun sets at 6:22 PM and rises tomorrow at 5:34 AM.
