Ten health staff among active cases of COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health informed on Tuesday that it had detected 33 new cases of COVID-19.

There are currently 2 hospitalized patients.

The Director of Health Services noted that 10 of the 176 active cases are health staff.

Six medical professionals from private sector and 4 in the public sector have tested positive for the virus.

The Director noted that the majority of these cases are linked to interaction outside of the health care setting.

Please continue to exercise all necessary precautions at all times, both within the work setting, the family environment and in the public setting.
