By BBN Staff: Today the National Meteorological Service of Belize (Met Service) announced the retirement of a senior member of its staff, Forecaster Michael Gentle.
The Met Service notes that Gentle has dedicated 39 years of service to Belize, and officially retires today.
The Met Service wished him well on his future endeavors and notes that he will be missed.
We note that Gentle prepared this morning’s weather report. BBN joins with the Met Service in thanking Gentle for his service to Belize.
