By Aaron Humes: Many questions from the community have been asked concerning various situations that may fall afoul of the various regulations.

Attorney General Michael Peyrefitte has insisted that businesses and individuals that find themselves in these situations use their common sense and ingenuity while avoiding the potential pitfalls.

For instance, limit entry to stores so that no more than 10 persons including staff are there at one time.

If persons cannot social distance in an office and due to medical concerns cannot wear masks, then arrange for them to work from home if possible, and if it is not considered you can report it to Police or the National Oversight Committee.

The A.G. has counseled that people try to get all their needs taken care of outside of curfew hours.

One of the benefits of the curfew, according to the A.G., is that it offers frontline workers a chance to rest overnight and be fresh for the next day.
