Ministry of Health informs of new procedure for processing PCR test requests for people leaving Belize

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced today that changes have been made to the procedure for persons requesting a COVID-19 PCR test as a requirement for leaving the country.

The MOH explained that those requesting a PCR test will need to send an email to [email protected] with the request along and supporting documents.

“A response will be sent from that email indicating approval or otherwise, along with the next steps,” the MOH said.

The Ministry also said that those requiring more information can call the MOH hotline at 0-800-MOH-CARE (0-800-664-3273).
