Ministry of Health addresses mental health on today’s Ask The Experts

By BBN Staff: Today’s episode of Ask the Experts features a session on caring for your mental health, hosted by the Ministry of Health’s Mental Health Coordinator, Iveth Quintanilla.

The session focuses on coping with stress as well as dealing with grief and the loss of a loved one during the pandemic.

In her opening remarks Quintanilla reminds all Belizeans that operating from a place of panic during the pandemic will only add to the stress and take a greater toll on their mental health.

We will be sharing her recommended tips for coping with as the morning progresses.
