Family brawl ends in stabbing

By BBN Staff: A fight between cousins in Belize City this afternoon ended in one man being stabbed by the common-law wife of the other.

Police say that the incident happened on Nurse White Street around 2:10 p.m. where Clifford Caballero and Austin Robinson were fighting, when Caballero’s common-law wife Jennifer Sanchez, got involved and stabbed Robinson.

Robinson was later taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment, where he was admitted in a stable condition.

The matter is under investigation.
